We stayed at this property over Christmas for 10 days and it was wonderful! Our hosts, Susan and Dennis, responded to any questions we had and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and Christmas poinsettia. The location was perfect for our family as some even live in the complex. The underground parking fit the big suv and it was nice getting into a warm vehicle. The amenities centre was well maintained and open during the Holiday season. It snowed a lot the second day after arrival and the complex was prompt in their removal of snow and salting of the steep driveways. The condo was contemporary but also warm and inviting. It was nice to relax and watch movies at our leisure. The snowboarding and skiing was amazing at Big White! Our dog felt right at home, and there was enough space in the livingroom for her big kennel. The kitchen was complete for cooking family meals and snacks. The only thing I brought from home was my Keurig, the condo has a traditional coffeemaker. We definitely would recommend this property to travellers. We actually hope to stay again soon! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Check in was smoothly arranged through property manager despite our being delayed by traffic. Very clean and furnished with high end decor. The bottle of wine waiting was a nice and welcome touch. Nice view from the balcony. The complex itself was very close to all amenities in the area. The owners provided sports equipment (basketball, badminton, tennis ball and racquets) for the amenity centre. The pool area was beautiful with barbecues for use. Some suggestions that arose are detailed as follows. A rubber mat for the bath/shower (we purchased one and left it for subsequent users). Some sort of a shower caddy to hold shampoos/soaps would be helpful. Also, more towels and linens would have been good and cut down on energy costs of washing. Thanks for your review Chris. We are glad that you enjoyed the property! We have purchased the shower caddies per your suggestion and appreciate the bath / shower mat that you left for us! Regarding provision of additional laundry, although the suggestion is well received, the challenge is generation of double laundry for our cleaning staff. We run at a 100% occupancy all summer so the property must be turned over and ready in time for the arriving guests within a few hours. Our cleaners have indicated they have just enough time to cycle all laundry right now. We did purchase a brand new energy efficent washer dryer set last year for use by guests. Vacation rentals are a little different than hotels in this way but we believe this is reflected in the lower rates. Your message was cut off but we hope that found our rate great value!
Overall great condo with an exceptional amenity center to use. Underground secure parking, condo had spices and all dishes/kitchen items needed, comfortable beds, AC in each room to set to our liking and the outdoor patio was large for eating, BBQ and enjoying the partial lake view. I would stay here again. Amenity center has pool, hot tub, workout center, tennis, pickleball, badminton, basketball available. Owner includes tennis raquets, tennis balls, badminton set, basketball for use. Only thing I can recommend is to add a Blu-Ray/DVD player.

We really enjoyed both the apartment and the facilities at Copper Sky in West Kelowna. The apartment had all we needed for a relaxing vacation; the owners thought of all one could need away from home and more. My husband and I enjoyed the pool area and the kids also managed some games of tennis, pool and basketball. Close enough to the lake and wineries, yet far away from the noise and traffic of Kelowna. Stunning view with wild life to be seen. Much appreciated Susanne and Dennis, we'll be back!

Absolutely loved this condo! We had a wonderful time and stayed for a week. The building is nice and quiet and the condo is beautiful and clean. My husband and I took our kids over to the pool everyday by 10 a.m. and we can't say enough about the great amenity centre. Also a nice perk was having an underground parking spot. Susanne was a pleasure to deal with and if we had any concerns/questions she was quick to respond back and resolve anything. We highly recommend this condo and will be back again. Thank you! The unit is clean, modern, bright and comfortable. With two bedrooms and two baths, it’s perfect for two kids and two adults The beds were comfy and we very much enjoyed having easy to adjust air conditioners in all of the rooms as there was a heat wave. The condo is in a quiet, easy access location and the reserved underground parking was a huge bonus. The kitchen has all the appliances, and is perfect for breakfast, lunch and other vacation meals. The gas BBQ was spotless and we enjoyed cooking our evening meals on the large deck overlooking Mission Hill. The pool and amenity centre is a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Kelowna weather. The pool is generally quiet but this year there were many more families and friendships were made. Susanne was super friendly and professional throughout out the entire process. Loved the extra touches of pool towels, day trip cooler and a welcoming bottle of local wine. We would recommend this condo and will stay again!
We were greeted upon arrival by Crystal who showed us the condo and all the amenities. We were impressed with the contemporary décor and great designer touches including artwork, plush towels and top quality linens, very comfortable beds, new appliances and individually controlled QUIET air conditioning units in every room. The suite was immaculate. Huge balcony on the cool/north side of the building with views to Mission Hill. Underground parking for one car.The complex has beautiful amenities (gym, tennis courts, lawn chess, pool etc.) and a huge pool and hot tub on a deck with expansive views over the Okanagan valley. Location is great for wine tasting ( Mission Hill, Quail's Gate and Boucherie Road wineries are only 10 minutes away) and convenient to grocery stores and a variety of other shopping, nail and hair salons, movie theatre, restaurants etc just 5 minutes away. Only took 45 minutes to Naramata and a hop over the bridge to Kelowna. A bottle of local wine on the counter when we arrived was a very nice touch. Brochures and maps as well as clear instructions about the condo and complex were also appreciated. We will definitely return!
I was extremely pleased with the accommodations. We had 2 adults and 2 children there for a hockey tournament and there was plenty of room. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. It was also great to bbq and relax on the deck. So much better than staying at a hotel. Will defintely stay their again. The Arpins

Susanne was wonderful and helpful and she responds quickly to emails. The condo amenities are outstanding-the pool is big and there is more than enough room for everyone to lay in the sun. The condo is full of light and has everything you will need for a "stay in" BBQ and fab meal. It was so peaceful and relaxing ~ We loved it!
